Sohum Bhajani Thalipith

Ingredients 2 cups Sohum thalipith bhajani Finely chopped onion ( optional)  Methi Leaves (Fenugreek Leaves), chopped/ finely chopped cabbage/carrots ( as per taste) Finely chopped cilantro  2 tablespoons Sesame seeds (Til seeds) 1 teaspoon ajwain  Chili powder to taste Oil , for smearing Salt , to taste 1 cup warm water  Directions: To begin making the thalipeeth recipe, in a large bowl combine all the ingredients except oil. Knead well to make a firm dough, keep adding  warm water if necessary. Knead for a couple of minutes until smooth.  Cover the dough and allow it to rest for 10 to 15 minutes....
