Ingredients:1 cup Basmati Rice / Long Grain RiceWhole Masala:  2 tsp Coriander seeds, 2 tsp Cumin Seeds, ½ cup Cilantro, 3-4 black Pepper, 4-5 Dry Red Chilies6-7 Cashew Nuts1 ½ tsp Sohum Goda Masala1 tsp Sugar or Jaggery2 tsp Oil¼ tsp Mustard Seeds¼ tsp Turmeric PowderSalt to tasteCurry LeavesVeggies of your choice (carrots, peas, green beans, potato, cauliflower) Method: 1) Wash Rice and drain water. INGREDIENTS:  2 Cups Sohum Kokani Vada Flour ½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder Coarse grind green chiliesSalt as needed¾ Cup warm WaterOil for Frying+ 1 tablespoon  METHOD: In a mixing bowl, add flour, green chili paste, 1tablespoon oil ,salt and mix well.  Then add warm water little by little and knead stiff dough. Ingredients 2 cups Sohum thalipith bhajani Finely chopped onion ( optional)  Methi Leaves (Fenugreek Leaves), chopped/ finely chopped cabbage/carrots ( as per taste) Finely chopped cilantro  2 tablespoons Sesame seeds (Til seeds) 1 teaspoon ajwain  Chili powder to taste Oil , for smearing Salt , to taste 1 cup warm water  Directions: To begin making the thalipeeth recipe, in a large bowl combine all the ingredients except oil.
