Dry dates and whole wheat ladoo

Ingredients: whole wheat flour, dry dates powder, ghee(clarified butter), sugar, besan, choice of nuts , eliachi per taste, nutmeg powder per taste.

 

Method:

Add ghee in a pan. After ghee melts add 2 cups whole wheat flour , 1/4 cup besan and let it roast till it turn light golden brown and aromatic. At this point you can add dry dates powder and other dry nuts powder as per your preference, also add eliachi and nutmeg powder. Turn off the heat and let it cool down just enough for the sugar to blend in. Add sugar and kishmish if you like and roll them like besan ladoos.
