Upwas/Vrat Thalipeeth

Ingredients:

2 cups Sohum  Upwas Bhajani
1 small raw or boiled potato
2 tablespoon  roasted crushed peanut
cilantro to taste
The bhajani mix has salt and chili powder. Adjust salt and chili powder to taste


Method:

1.In a mixing bowl add Sohum upwas bhajani, grated potato, peanut powder, cilantro, salt and chili powder as per your taste. Knead into semi stiff dough and set aside for few minutes.
2. Divide the dough into 5-6 medium sized balls
3. On a foil roll the dough into fulka size. Transfer the thalipith on hot tawa.
Add little ghee on the side and let it cook on both sides like paratha.
